What is the average length of the articles your site produces?

On average, the articles we produce are between 400 to 500 words long.  We do accept article requests for shorter pieces if your project warrants it.  We will also accept requests for articles exceeding 500 words, but please be advised that there will be an additional fee incurred for the extended length.

What is your average turnaround time for article production?

Orders under 250 articles are turned around in 7 business days.  Depending on the complexity of the article requested (SEO optimized, keyword specifications, etc.), some articles could be returned as soon as 48 hours after the job has been accepted.  If you have specific deadline needs, let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to make sure that they are met.  Your order is very important to us and we get the articles done very quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.

How do I contact you to place an order or check on one?

When you sign up with our writing service, we will e-mail you with instructions for submitting your order.  You will be able to give us all the specifications you require including keywords at this time.  This same e-mail address can also be used to inquire on the status of your article order.

How long has your company been producing articles?

Are all your writers based in the U.S. or do you outsource overseas?

100% of our writers are based in the United States.  We only used U.S. English Speaking writers for our projects, but they have experience in writing in both U.S. English and U.K. English.  We will not accept any articles that need to be written in a foreign language.

Who exactly writes these SEO articles?

You do not have a minimum order requirement.  Why?

Is the content you produce going to be reused after you send it to me in anyway?

No. 100% of the content we produce is exclusively done for you. Our writers relinquish all rights to the article content as soon as they submit it.  We are your ghostwriters and have no reason to use the contents of your articles at a later date.

How many clients have you served to date?

We have served well over 300 clients, and have an active base of over 100 clients that order our articles on a regular basis.  Because we are able to provide a wide variety of services to our clients, we are interested in branching out into other freelancing work – such as spreadsheets and data entry.  Our client base is continually growing as is our company.

Can you do blog posts too?

Yes.  Our blog post service costs the same amount as our article service.  When you sign up with us and submit your job, just let us know that you want blog posts instead of standard articles.  We provide this service at no extra charge.
